Heat Disclaimer
With hot and extreme temperatures across the US, please note that your package may be exposed to temperatures that are not ideal for the products enclosed. Wax melts may melt due to heat and soaps may sweat or develop some moisture, etc... Please bring your package in from the heat right away and allow to come to a comfortable room temperature. For this reason, many of our packages have signature delivery free of charge. Please be considerate of this situation as we are a small business and have limited options. The heat in transit is beyond our control.
Allergy Warning
We make use of many different ingredients in our products. At some point, one ingredient may have crossed paths with another ingredient. This would be like a warning that says "This product has been processed in a facility that also processes _____". It is important that you know of any ingredients/allergens that could affect you and know that we do use other ingredients or possible allergens in or facility. Please contact us if you have more questions.
Customer Contact Information:
We may need to contact you about your order. If proper contact information is not provided, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise with your order. So we ask each customer to thoroughly check the information provided. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to non-response and/or non-compliance. If we have any concerns about an order, we will contact you immediately for clarification.
Damaged Items
If your items arrive damaged, please capture photo documentation and all proof of the damage and contact the delivery company and Only Sukoon immediately. We can help file a claim on the customer's behalf - but we will need proof and documentation from the customer to file the claim and assist to the best of our ability.
Missing Packages
Please note that once shipped, Only Sukoon is not responsible for any package.
We are not responsible for a package that has been shown delivered by the delivery company but is missing to you. Porch and Mail theft is becoming more common and it is not the responsibility of Only Sukoon to replace or reimburse for any missing packages. Please contact the delivery company as they are best equipped to locate your package.
We are a small business and cannot be responsible for a package that is shown to be missing. The provided information is not to just remove ourselves from liability but is the result of the fact that we also have no recourse to resolve the situation. We will do our best to resolve any issues.
